Does anyone else find it disturbing that Madonna, icon of independence, ambition and womanpowerstuff, feels compelled to specify that she obviously works only during the hours her children are at school? I do.

Never thought of her as the epitome of woman stuff. Many people who say they are in "control" when the are being sexual are really still just a "boy toy" or object for others...see how she seems to be really happy with monogamy now?
I wrote her off for good when she said in "Sex" that women who are in abusive relationships secretly get off on it...
A lot aggressive women are not that enlightened when it comes down to it. You don't have to be ballsy to be pro woman, obviously.
She seems very dominating and manipulative of her children, from the little bits and pieces I read about her. I guess she wants them to be VERY tidy, and they are not allowed to watch any TV...I understand that from some parents, but Madonna and Guy Ritchie?
